Listn is developed by HASH SOFTWARE SRL, a software company based in Romania, founded in 2018. We are a small, dedicated team passionate about building technology that supports emotional well-being.
Our approach is research-first—we collaborate with coaches, mediators, and mental health advocates to ensure every interaction feels safe, respectful, and genuinely supportive.
Your privacy is sacred. We collect only what is essential to connect you—a device identifier and your conversation while it is active. We never store conversations permanently, and we never sell your data.

Absolutely. Conversations are encrypted and never stored permanently. Once your session ends, the conversation is gone.
No. Listn is fully anonymous. We only use a device identifier to connect you—no email, name, or personal information required.
